You may think that we do not work directly with homeowners, however, we love to work directly with you and even correspond with your builder/installer as well. The average house takes 7-10 months to build from start to finish. Many people say that once their flooring is installed, their vision is finally visible!

A Few Tips:

1. It is never too early to start working with our design specialist. We can start with the design look you like and the profile needs you have. Our custom sample department captures a hand sample of your dream floor to help you continue planning and is delivered to your doorstep. 
2. You can lock in your order with a future production date to ensure the best price and zero delays as soon as your floor plans give you a final square footage amount.
3. Adding a 10% waste factor OR more is very important. 
4. Don’t forget about your finer details. We can supply more than just flooring! Your design specialist will be eager to tell you about our custom wood vents, stair pants, accent wall, and reclaimed timber materials that can all be delivered with your flooring. Talk about a time saver!
